WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, resolving issues and maintaining high satisfaction within an international team.

Paid training is provided, along with a salary of €1,050 gross per month with 14 salaries per year and a performance bonus. Relocation support is offered for EU movers, and English is required for training and collaboration.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) for training and collaboration.
• Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and handling inquiries via multiple channels.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
