WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work remotely from Greece. You will join an international team and handle customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Prior experience is a plus but not required, as a fully paid training program and relocation support are offered. The role includes a 5-day workweek with rotational shifts and an international, multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
