WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will handle customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service and timely resolution.

The role offers paid training, a competitive salary of €1,050 gross per month paid across 14 salaries, and full relocation support for EU residents. English is used for training within an international, multicultural team.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and communication.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
