FH Collective - Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Agent to support customers from Greece remotely. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, mainly in Italian, with training provided.

The position offers EU relocation support, a base salary of €1,050 gross per month (14 payments per year), and a performance bonus of up to 10% plus fully paid training from day one.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and good English (B2+).
• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Comfort navigating digital tools in a fast-paced, remote setup.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist with account issues, reports, and platform queries.
• Resolve inquiries promptly while maintaining quality service.
