FH Collective - Academy in Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Experience specialist to join our remote team. You will help customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing account issues and platform queries while working from home in Greece. The role offers relocation support for EU candidates, a base salary of €1,050 gross per month paid 14 times a year, a 10% performance bonus, and paid training from day one. Shifts are 5 days a week, 08:00–00:00, with international collaboration.

Formación

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2).
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+).
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Solutions-driven mindset with customer focus.
• Comfortable navigating digital tools and multi-screen environments.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced multicultural team.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist with account issues, content reports, and platform queries.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Log interaction details in internal CRM systems.
• Meet team productivity and quality targets.
• Advocate for community safety and product understanding.
