FH Collective - Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Experience professional to join our remote team in Greece. The role focuses on Italian-language support within an international environment, with full relocation assistance for EU candidates relocating to Greece.

You’ll work 5 days a week with rotating shifts (08:00–00:00), receive a base salary of €1,050 gross per month paid across 14 salaries, and be eligible for a performance bonus up to 10%.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) required for customer interactions.
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+) for training and internal comms.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities to resolve issues.
• Solutions-driven mindset and willingness to learn.

Mansioni

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Assist with account issues, content reports, and platform queries.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Log interaction details in the CRM accurately.
• Meet team productivity and quality targets.
• Promote community safety and product understanding.
