FH Collective - Academy is seeking Italian-speaking professionals for a Customer Experience Project moving to Greece. The role is remote in Greece with full relocation support from within the EU, offering a base salary of €1,050 gross per month across 14 salaries and a potential performance bonus up to 10%.

Training is provided from day one. You will support customers by phone, email, and chat in Italian, handle account and platform inquiries, and log interactions in our CRM.

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) level.
• English knowledge (B2+) for training and internal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

• Comfortable navigating digital tools and multi-screen environments.

• No prior experience required—full training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian).
