FH Collective - Academy is hiring for a Customer Experience Project, remotely based in Greece. We seek Italian speakers to join our support team with full relocation support for EU candidates.

The role offers remote work with training provided and a base salary of €1,050 gross per month across 14 salaries, plus up to 10% performance bonus. Responsibilities include handling customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian, resolving account issues, and logging details in CRM.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) for customer interactions.
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+).
