Descrizione del lavoro

FH Collective - Academy is seeking Italian-speaking customer support representatives to work remotely for Greece. The role includes full relocation assistance to Greece and comprehensive paid training from day one, with a base salary of €1,050 gross per month across 14 salaries and a bonus of up to 10%.

Candidates should have fluent Italian and good English, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Competenze

Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
Good working knowledge of English (B2+ level) for training and internal communication.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
A solutions-driven mindset and genuine passion for helping others.
Comfortable navigating digital tools and multi-screen environments.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural team.
No prior experience required — full training provided.

Mansioni

Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat (in Italian).
Assisting with account issues, content reports, and platform queries.
Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
Logging interaction details accurately in internal CRM systems.
