FH Collective - Academy is seeking passionate Italian speakers to join their customer support team in a remote role based in Greece. The position offers a vibrant international working environment, along with comprehensive relocation support for candidates moving from another EU country.

Starting with a base salary of €1,050 gross per month, employees will also benefit from a performance bonus and fully paid training from the first day.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian, with the ability to communicate in English.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are necessary.
• No prior experience is required as full training is provided.

Mansioni

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with account issues and platform queries.
• Resolve customer inquiries while maintaining high service quality.

Conoscenze
