Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to provide expert-level support for diagnostic hardware across Europe. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, maintenance, and proactive service delivery with remote and on-site support as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hardware-focused technical support within the medical device field and strong English and Italian communication skills.

Competenze

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support with hardware in diagnostics/medical devices.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to convey technical info to non-technical users in English and Italian.
