With a strong background in biomedical engineering or a related field and 3+ years of experience, you'll handle troubleshooting and training while monitoring service efficiency.

This position requires communication skills in both English and Italian and involves up to 70% travel across Europe.

• 3+ years of experience in technical support for hardware systems in the diagnostics or medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic hardware.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users.
