Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Hardware and Application Immuno System Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on expert-level support for diagnostic hardware, with immunoassay knowledge a plus, across Europe.
This remote-based position requires travel about 70% to client sites, with English and Italian communication skills essential. The role offers a CCNL Terziario 2nd level salary range of €40,000–€55,000 and a comprehensive benefits package
Competenze
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support for hardware systems in diagnostics/medical devices.
- Strong problem-solving and ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Italian.

- Provide expert technical support for diagnostic hardware systems and peripherals.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with remote or on-site support as needed.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the diagnostic hardware product line and its common issues.
