Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global learning framework. The role is fully remote in Italy, reporting to the Director Global Commercial Operations, with responsibility for building scalable programs and driving commercial excellence.

You will partner with regional leaders to ensure content relevance, governance, and measurable impact, while guiding teams across regions to achieve

Competenze

• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Ability to build and manage global programs.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with LLM-based answer engines.

Mansioni

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework.
• Partner with Regional Leaders and DBS teams to align training priorities.
