Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global training framework across regions. The role partners with DBS teams, regional leaders, and business units to strengthen sales capabilities and ensure alignment with commercial strategy.

The position is fully remote in Italy, offering a broad benefits package and the opportunity to influence commercial excellence on a global scale.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles
• Proven ability to build and manage global programs
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong MS Office, and Excel; familiarity with LLM-based answer engines is a plus
