Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and govern a global capability framework across regions. The role partners with Regional Commercial Leaders and DBS teams to build scalable learning and drive sales excellence while enabling local execution.

Fully remote in Italy, the position requires 7+ years in sales/training, a business-focused degree, and strong facilitation and communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong command of MS Office, and in particular MS Excel and large language model (LLM) based answer engines such as M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy by establishing a consistent, scalable learning framework across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework that defines capabilities and development plans.
• Partner with Regional Leaders, Business Units, and DBS teams to align training priorities and content relevance.
• Establish robust training governance and operational excellence through standardized processes and LMS.
• Measure impact and continuously improve commercial capabilities with insights to leadership
