Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and govern a global, scalable commercial capability framework across Regions. This role partners closely with Regional Commercial Leaders, BUs, and DBS leaders to build a robust learning ecosystem and ensure teams perform at their highest potential.

The position is fully remote in Italy, reporting to the Director Global Commercial Operations, with 20% travel, and a focus on

Competenze

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.

Mansioni

Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy with a scalable framework across regions.
Build and govern a global sales competency framework defining capabilities and development plans.
Partner with regional leaders and DBS teams to align training priorities and content relevance.
Establish governance and operational excellence across processes, content, reporting and platforms.
