Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global learning framework across regions. This remote Italy role partners with DBS leaders to strengthen sales capabilities and drive accountability for capability development.

You will lead blended learning initiatives, build a global framework, and monitor training effectiveness to close performance gaps.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
Strong command of MS Office, especially MS Excel and LLM-based answer engines such as Copilot/ChatGPT/Claude.
