Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, offers a remote role in Italy for a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager. You will design, deploy, and govern a global commercial capability framework, partnering with Regional Leaders and BUs to build scalable learning ecosystems and strengthen sales competencies.

The role blends strategic and hands-on work, reporting to the Director Global Commercial Operations.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and familiarity with LLM-based answer engines.

Mansioni

Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy with a consistent, scalable learning framework.
Build and govern a global sales competency framework defining capabilities and gaps.
Partner with Regional Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align training priorities and content relevance.
Establish robust training governance and operational excellence across processes, content, reporting, and platforms.
Measure impact and drive improvements by tracking training effectiveness and competency progress.
