Leica Microsystems seeks a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global commercial capability framework across Regions. You will partner with Regional Commercial Leaders, BUs, and DBS to build a scalable learning ecosystem and strengthen sales competencies.

This role reports to the Director Global Commercial Operations and is fully remote in Italy, with emphasis on governance, content, and measurable outcomes across regions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Proven ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and LLM tools.

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework defining capabilities and gaps.
• Partner with Regional Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align priorities.
• Establish robust governance and operational excellence for training processes and platforms.
