Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design, deploy, and govern a global learning framework. The role focuses on building global programs, strengthening sales capabilities, and aligning with regional leaders to enable local execution.

The position is fully remote within Italy, requires 7+ years in related roles, and offers a base salary range with a 20% bonus potential plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong command of MS Office, and in particular MS Excel and large language model (LLM) based answer engines such as M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy by establishing a consistent, scalable learning framework across regions.
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework that defines capabilities and development plans.
• Partner with regional leaders and DBS teams to align training priorities and ensure content relevance.
• Establish robust governance and operational excellence through standardized processes and LMS networks.
• Measure impact of training and provide actionable insights to leadership.
