This remote role in Italy leads a global framework for commercial capability development, partnering with regional leaders to scale training, build a sales competency framework, and ensure consistent learning across regions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage global programs and projects
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong command of MS Office, especially MS Excel and LLM-based answer engines (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)

Mansioni

• Develop and lead the global commercial training strategy with a scalable learning framework across regions
• Build and govern a global sales competency framework and development plans for all roles
• Collaborate with Regional Leaders, BUs, and DBS teams to align training priorities and ensure content relevance
• Establish robust training governance with standardized processes, content management, and reporting
• Measure impact of training and provide actionable insights to leadership
