Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager to design and deploy a global learning framework. You will partner with Regions, BUs, and DBS to strengthen sales capabilities and ensure consistency across all regions.

The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with remote work flexibility in Italy and a focus on driving measurable improvements in commercial performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Commercial Management, or comparable experience.
• 7+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Training roles.
• Proven ability to build and manage global programs and projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with LLM-based answer engines.
