Job Description

Are you passionate about vehicle diagnostics and vehicle technology? Then we are looking for you.

As a Remote Diagnostics Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support in the event of vehicle repair and diagnostic problems in vehicle workshops.

• You will work closely with our national and international customers, for whom problem solving is one of your main tasks.
• You will use different tools to perform remote diagnostic procedures, parameterizations and calibrations.
• You will work in an international team and actively contribute to the continuous optimization of our services.

Qualifications

• Training : completed university studies (bachelor / master / diploma) in the field of vehicle technology or a comparable course of study, or training as a master or state-certified technician
• Experience and expertise : Knowledge in the field of vehicle diagnostics, expertise in handling IT systems, experience in direct customer contact (e.g. car repair hotline support)
• Personality and way of working : You are a team player and distinguish yourself through your communicative nature; You work in an organized and structured manner, act independently, persevere and are able to adapt to flexible tasks
• Languages : very good Italian spoken and written, good English spoken and written
• Additional information : Willingness to travel required
