Job summary

GibbsCAM, part of the Sandvik Group, is seeking an experienced sales professional in Italy (Alba) to grow GibbsCAM software adoption. The role is hybrid, with remote work options and a commission-based pace aligned to performance.

You will manage contracts, visit clients, build relationships, and drive opportunities with CRM-driven insight. Initial salary is discussed with a commission plan; the company offers ongoing training and flexible working arrangements within a high-tech manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling CAD/CAM solutions.
• Experience generating and qualifying customer contacts and tracking them via CRM.
• Ability to handle technical objections and articulate product architecture and benefits.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers.
• Willing to travel and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present sales contracts for orders.
• Visit customers to assess needs or promote products and services.
• Achieve sales goals and develop new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of current and future products and solutions.
• Provide weekly updates and monthly/quarterly sales reports.
• Develop and manage the sales funnel using Salesforce/CRM.
• Report market information in the region (trends, competition, pricing).
