Job summary

GibbsCAM, part of the Sandvik Group, is seeking a sales professional to drive GibbsCAM software adoption in Italy. You will visit customers, present contracts, and expand business while managing relationships and CRM data.

A hybrid work mode and travel flexibility support a dynamic, commission-driven role. Initial salary starts around €35,000 gross per year with a commission plan; the actual package will reflect experience, responsibilities, and market benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience selling CAD/CAM solutions.
• Experience generating and qualifying customer contacts via CRM.
• Ability to handle technical objections and explain product architecture and benefits.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Highly autonomous, able to travel and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present sales contracts for orders.
• Visit customers and prospects to assess needs or promote products and services.
• Achieve sales goals by developing new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of current and future products and solutions.
• Provide weekly updates, territory forecasts, monthly status reports, and quarterly projections.
• Develop and manage the sales funnel in Salesforce/CRM.
• Use market information in the region (trends, competition, pricing).
