Job summary

GibbsCAM, part of the Sandvik Group, is hiring in Italy for a sales professional to drive GibbsCAM software in the Italian market. The role focuses on visiting customers, promoting products, building strong relationships, and achieving defined sales targets while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CAD/CAM sales, strong CRM usage, and the ability to handle technical objections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CAD/CAM software sales.
• Experience generating and qualifying customer contacts and tracking them in CRM.
• Ability to handle technical objections and articulate product architecture and benefits.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Able to work independently, travel as needed and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage GibbsCAM software sales in the defined Italy region.
• Prepare and present sales contracts for orders.
• Visit customers and potential customers to assess needs or promote products and services.
• Achieve sales goals by developing new business opportunities.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of GibbsCAM products and solutions.
• Provide weekly updates, territory forecasts, and monthly/ quarterly reports.
• Develop and manage the sales funnel with Salesforce/CRM data.
• Report market information, trends, pricing, and competitor activity in the region.
