How the role will make an impact :

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for Schlegel Seals products in Italy and Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our seals sales revenue by developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service. With particular focus on doors and windows, the key brands from are Schlegel Seals and Giesse Hardware, both of which have a strong market presence across Europe, GCC, Australia and Latin America.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and maximise revenue opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.

Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately to ensure visibility into future revenue streams

Key Skills :

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Proven experience in B2B sales within Distribution and / or Direct Sales in Business Materials sector

Ability to read CAD drawings

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
