Radware, a global leader in cyber security and application delivery, seeks a Regional Director for Italy, Greece & Malta based in Rome. You will drive day-to-day sales, lead a regional team, and coordinate with marketing, channel partners and corporate staff to reach strategic revenue goals.

You will recruit and coach managers, forecast regional quotas, allocate resources, and maintain strong customer and partner relationships while traveling across the region and globally as needed.

Competenze

• Extensive experience selling computer networking security to C-level and technical buyers in Italy, Greece and Malta.
• Proven track record building and leading regional sales teams to exceed revenue goals.
• Ability to identify, qualify and close large strategic deals with channel partners.

• Manages day-to-day sales activities and develops strategies to meet corporate goals.
• Recruits, mentors, and coaches managers; communicates values and objectives.
• Forecasts annual sales quotas and budgets for regions; allocates resources accordingly.
• Establishes and reviews regional plans, progress, and opportunities with corporate staff.
• Represents Radware with customers, partners, and industry groups to strengthen the company image.
