Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
• 5+ years in a similar role within the physical security market.
• Experience in pre-sales and B2B project-based work.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies.
• Experience with VMS software is a plus.
• Analytical, business, and organizational skills.
• Native fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored solutions addressing customer needs and Axis value.
• Act as trusted advisor guiding partners and customers.
• Influence tenders and RFP/RFQ processes to position Axis effectively.
• Showcase Axis tech through high-impact presentations and demos.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to strengthen presence.
• Develop long-term relationships with technical decision-makers.
• Collaborate with global and local technology partners.
• Understand end-to-end solutions: networking, analytics, software, hardware, services.
• Track competitive landscapes and guide customers to best tech.
• Promote pilots and proofs of concept to accelerate opportunities.
• Deliver Axis Academy training in your territory.
