Deliveroo in Genova, Italy is seeking a Business Development Manager to help build high-end restaurant and store partnerships and lead regional growth. You will join the Regional Sales team, driving expansion and delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience for new merchants.

The role requires hunter-style sales experience, negotiation skills, and fluency in Chinese, with the opportunity to influence a fast-moving marketplace in a global brand.

• Significant experience in targeting new business with a hunter mindset and a drive to close deals.
• Proven ability to navigate commercial discussions and structure successful partnerships.
• Confident in communicating with premium partners face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
• Resilient and motivated in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong understanding of the restaurant industry is a plus.
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese.
