Deliveroo is recruiting a Business Development Manager to help expand our presence in Genova by building relationships with premium restaurants and stores. You will drive the regional growth, prospecting and onboarding high-end partners to join our platform.

You will engage restaurant owners directly, show the value of Deliveroo’s technology, and guide partners through joining the platform while expanding the local partner network with a strong, entrepreneurial spirit.

Competenze

Significant experience in targeting new business with a hunter mindset and a drive to close deals.
Proven ability to navigate commercial discussions and structure successful partnerships.
Confident communication with premium partners face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.

Strategic Prospecting: map, prospect, pitch, and close new restaurants across Genova, acting as an area expert.
Consultative Selling: engage restaurant owners via visits, calls, and social media to demonstrate Deliveroo’s value.
Onboarding Support: guide partners through joining and ensure a smooth platform transition.
Relationship Building: attend restaurant and food meet-ups to stay connected with the local culinary community.
Market Expertise: apply industry knowledge to show how products solve real-world challenges for premium partners.
