We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Recruitment Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes across our European and US offices.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in life sciences, consulting, tech, or healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback coordination, and offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Source candidates via multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, and networking
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data
Requirements
  • University degree in humanities, economics, psychology, law, or related fields; Master in HR is a plus
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, such as job boards and Boolean search
  • Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Workday
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Fluent in English; Italian or other European languages considered a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset and high attention to detail
