The role involves providing technical support to clients, managing project documentation, and ensuring strong relationships with customers. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles and be fluent in English, French, and Italian.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years successful experience as technical customer support in the railway or power electrical field.
• Experience in RAMS is a plus.
• Fluent in English, French, and Italian.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to clients in France and Italy.
• Create project technical documentation and verify conformity.
• Act as a technical interface between customers and the Geneva head office.
