A global leader in eyewear is seeking a Metal Development Researcher in Italy. You will lead projects focused on developing new alloys and performance materials for frames and components, utilizing your strong background in metallurgy. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in alloy development and critical thinking skills. As a Metal Development Researcher you will work in a dynamic and diverse environment, undertaking development projects in synergy with internal facilities and third‑party collaborators. The development of new alloys and performance materials requires a strong background in metallurgy, post‑processing, and mechanical characterisation of materials. You will work with a broad portfolio of forming and post‑processing technologies, requiring strong critical thinking and an attitude to proactively find solutions.
