A leading engineering firm in Milano is seeking a Quality Officer to manage their ISO 9001 compliance and lead continuous improvement projects. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, fluency in Italian and English, and a proactive approach. The Quality Officer will oversee the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and ensure alignment with company standards.
The Quality Officer reports to the Quality and Safety Manager, who is responsible for leading and coordinating the integrated Quality Management Systems across the organization, with a strong focus on company quality standards.
Quality System Management: The Officer oversees the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) ensuring cross-departmental integration.
The Officer supervises internal audits, non-conformity management, and corrective/preventive actions, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer requirements.
Continuous Improvement: The Officer leads continuous improvement projects by analyzing data and KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing innovative solutions.
Reporting and Communication: The Officer assists the Q&S Manager to prepares periodic reports for senior management, providing detailed analysis and strategic proposals.
Cross-Functional Projects: The Officer supports the Q&S Manager in managing specific projects related to quality and safety, acting as a technical and operational reference point.
Organizational Relationships: The Officer works cross-functionally with all company departments, in particular with the HR department, acting as a facilitator and coordinator for quality and safety matters.
