A leading engineering company in Italy is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who will handle customer quality issues and manage links between departments. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2-3 years of experience in quality management. Essential skills include problem solving, knowledge of mechanical drawing, and proficiency in English and Italian. This role involves improving quality assurance processes and monitoring key performance indicators.

Competenze

  • 2-3 years of experience in Quality Department and in Claims management.
  • Candidates must be fluent in English and Italian.

  • Manage and handle Customers Quality issues and coordinate the team during root cause analysis.

Summary : This candidate will manage customer and internal claims, being the link between the Customer and the Operations departments and managing Quality Assurance and Quality topics.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and handle Customers Quality issues leading the problem solving process and releasing reports (8D Report, A3 Report, Chicago, 5 Why, etc), by coordinating the team during root cause analysis, definition and implementation of corrective actions, until the effectiveness verification and the closure.
  • Manage the link between Customer and Operations departments by improving the Quality Assurance and internal processes with team.
  • Monitor and report KPI and provide regular trend analysis.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma with a technical specialization or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering
  • Previous 2-3 years of experience in Quality Department and in Claims management
  • Good knowledge of mechanical drawing
  • Experience working with Suppliers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Process improvement and Quality Assurance
  • Statistical knowledge
  • English and Italian language is mandatory
  • Problem solving skills
  • Driving for results and measurements capability
