A leading engineering company in Italy is looking for a candidate to manage customer and internal claims, acting as a liaison between the Customer and Operations departments. The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2-3 years of experience in Quality Management. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in English and Italian. A comprehensive understanding of mechanical drawing and Microsoft Office is also needed.
This candidate will manage customer and internal claims, being the link between the Customer and the Operations departments and managing Quality Assurance and Quality topics.
