A leading engineering company in Italy is looking for a candidate to manage customer and internal claims, acting as a liaison between the Customer and Operations departments. The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2-3 years of experience in Quality Management. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in English and Italian. A comprehensive understanding of mechanical drawing and Microsoft Office is also needed.

Competenze

  • 2-3 years of experience in Quality Department and Claims management.
  • English and Italian language is mandatory.
  • Experience working with Suppliers.

Summary

This candidate will manage customer and internal claims, being the link between the Customer and the Operations departments and managing Quality Assurance and Quality topics.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and handle Customers Quality issues leading the problem solving process and releasing reports (8D Report, A3 Report, Chicago, 5 Why, etc), by coordinating the team during root cause analysis, definition and implementation of corrective actions, until the effectiveness verification and the closure.
  • Manage the link between Customer and Operations departments by improving the Quality Assurance and internal processes with team.
  • Monitor and report KPI and provide regular trend analysis.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma with a technical specialization or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering
  • Previous 2-3 years of experience in Quality Department and in Claims management
  • Good knowledge of mechanical drawing
  • Experience working with Suppliers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Process improvement and Quality Assurance
  • Statistical knowledge
  • English and Italian language is mandatory
  • Problem solving skills
  • Driving for results and measurements capability
