A luxury fashion brand in Rome is seeking a Stock Controller to organize and manage stock in their boutique. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, and supporting the store with events. Ideal candidates will have experience in stock management and be able to thrive amidst competing priorities. What You’ll Do

• Organize stock on shelves and maintain a clean and neat stockroom.
• Transfer or remove, if necessary, boxes from stockroom to stockroom.
• Receive deliveries and check that the stock delivered matches supporting documentation.
• Report discrepancies to Store Manager.
• Maintain effective stockroom controls to ensure continued stock supply. Ensure stock record accuracy.
• Manage in and out stock transfers.
• Support the weekly reconciliation of unverified transfers and negative reports.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Required to take part in stock takes.
• Required to take part in store events.
