About the Role

As our new IT Project Manager, you’ll be at the core of our tech strategy, overseeing both cloud-based and on-premises solutions to enhance our digital transformation journey.

You'll work closely with all business departments, ensuring that each project you lead drives the success of our enterprise.

What You’ll Do

1. Project Leadership: Spearhead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
2. Cloud & On-Prem Solutions: Oversee hybrid infrastructure, balancing cutting-edge cloud technologies with on-prem systems.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration: Build relationships with all business units, translating their needs into efficient IT solutions.
4. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and implement best practices to optimize our project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience: 5+ years in IT Project Management, big four would be a plus, ideally within financial services or a similar sector.
2. Technical Skills: Familiarity with platforms like AWS, Salesforce, etc., project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
3. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
4. Language: Proficiency in Italian and English.
