Candidates should have a degree in economics or finance and at least 4 years of relevant experience in M&A. Fluency in Italian and English is required, and strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, analysing and proposing potential M&A deals
• Leading M&A transactions undertaken by the Group on the basis of the delegation from the Group Head of M&A
• Ensuring the preparation of the necessary reporting for the internal decision making process related to M&A
• Managing the intra Group M&A activities and coordination of all the support internal function
• Coordination of potential external advisors involved in the transaction

Qualifications

• Degree ideally in economics or Finance
• At least 4 years seniority in M&A (ideally related to insurance companies and asset managers)
• Italian and English mandatory; fluency in other languages welcome
• Strong analytical and communication skills
