nss is a creative media agency that explores the link between fashion and street culture creating unique projects. We are looking for a Project Manager to join the events team. This key role requires a reliable and self-motivated individual who wants to join a fast-paced and highly creative environment.

Scope of Assignment

• Developing brand strategies for events and on field activations
• Focusing especially on events management and production
• Planning, organizing, and managing clients and in-house projects from start to finish
• Work within timelines, deadlines and budgets
• Work closely with the creative and production teams to improve workflows and ongoing processes
• Strong problem solving and ability to collaborate with both creative and production teams
• Improve and optimize workflows with various teams
• Proactive approach on the workflow

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of Project Management experience in the creative industry
• Resilience and ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Strong organizational sense and ability to work under pressure
• Understanding of the nss aesthetic and target
• Knowledge in events and management subjects
• Knowledge in consumers behaviors
• Well knowledge of the social channels
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to think analytically
• Enjoying working in a forward-thinking, dynamic team
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package and Keynote
