Position: Project Leader

We are seeking a Project Leader who can capture the essence of customer needs and translate them into high-impact projects. The role involves developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability, and delivering projects on time within budget.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify customer needs, construct project proposals, interface with relevant managers, and verify feasibility from a technical standpoint.
2. Draft project documents and requirements, involving analysts and managers.
3. Plan activities, allocate resources, and set timelines in coordination with the program manager and involved areas.
4. Monitor project progress and supervise execution through project management tools.
5. Evaluate performance concerning budgets.
6. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates, reports, and collecting feedback.
7. Identify new opportunities related to client needs within existing or new projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing complex digital projects.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• Solid technical background with experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both internal and with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Negotiation and crisis management abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects across different stages and objectives.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to interact effectively with technical staff, managers, and C-level executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in technical disciplines.
