Position: Project Leader

We are seeking a Project Leader who can accurately interpret customer needs and translate them into high-impact projects. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating processes, and achieving desired outcomes. Essential skills include design, analysis, organizational, and relational capabilities.

Responsibilities

1. Identify customer needs, construct project proposals, and verify feasibility with involved managers;
2. Draft project documents and requirements, involving analysts and managers;
3. Plan activities with appropriate sizing, resource allocation, and timelines in coordination with the program manager;
4. Monitor activity progress and supervise execution using project management tools;
5. Evaluate performance concerning budgets;
6. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and collecting feedback;
7. Identify new opportunities within existing or new projects based on client needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing complex digital projects;
• Preferably degree in computer science or engineering;
• Strong technical background in software development and web technologies;
• Excellent communication skills for internal and client interactions;
• Organizational skills with attention to detail;
• Negotiation and crisis management abilities;
• Experience managing multiple projects at different stages;
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana);
• Good command of English, both written and spoken;
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, managers, and C-level executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in technical disciplines;
• Experience in managing CRM integration and web projects;
• Background in performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), SEO, or Content Marketing;
• Experience in agency or system integrator environments;
• HubSpot and Google certifications.
