Overview

Soilmec SpA – Cesena Headquarters is looking for a Production Manager. The selected candidate will lead and optimize production operations to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and safety, while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all production activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards
• Manage and develop the production team, providing ongoing training and support (skills management – skill matrix)
• Monitor and analyze performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions (creation of functional KPIs)
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth workflow and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage the production budget and control operating costs
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste (lead time reduction)

Requirements
