Product Delivery Manager - Real Time Monitoring

Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Product & Delivery Manager to become the new Accountable Lead for our Real Time Monitoring (RTM) Team in Milan. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to discover new problems; it’s for a pragmatic doer who excels at finding innovative solutions to existing challenges.

As a Product Delivery Manager you will be a key member of a cross‑functional team of Application and Analytics Engineers. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of our real‑time transaction monitoring and unified dispute management products. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in the solution space focusing on innovative execution rather than new problem discovery.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Product Delivery Manager you will be the driving force behind two core missions :

  • Real‑Time Transaction Monitoring: You will lead the charge in building and enhancing our low‑latency compliant system for detecting financial crime. Your focus will be on ensuring rock‑solid reliability lightning‑fast transaction scoring and building intelligent automated mitigations. You’ll ensure the platform is scalable for future payment methods and primed for machine learning enhancements.
  • Unified Dispute Management: You will deliver a world‑class merchant‑facing portal that streamlines dispute resolution across all payment methods. Your goal is to drive merchant adoption, accelerate resolution times and boost satisfaction, all while making it easy to onboard new payment flows.

You will be the central node connecting your engineering team with stakeholders across the company. You’ll own the roadmap, translate complex needs into a clear backlog and drive your team’s focus to deliver high‑quality outcomes with executional excellence.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven Delivery Experience: You have a solid track record in a product delivery or management role within a high‑growth tech environment (FinTech or Payments is a plus). You know what excellent execution looks like and have experience leading complex technical projects.
