How will you contribute

• Designing and implementing projects with the aim of reducing lead time and, in general, improving production KPIs
• Driving and supporting the process of continuous improvement of the area
• Analysis of times & methods
• Analysing and optimizing current technical processes
• Implementing projects of process automation
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of organization

Who you are

• 2 / 3 years of professional experience gained in a similar role within structured companies;
• knowledge of the Lean methodology applied to manufacturing environments;
• Master’s degree in technical field, preferably in Engineering;
• Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills;
• Teamwork and good communicational skills;
• Training and coaching skills;
• Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office and of business management systems;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• Lean certification is a plus.
