A leading packaging manufacturer in Nogara seeks a Plant HR Manager responsible for delivering on-site HR services and ensuring a strong alignment with the local and global HR strategy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in HR business partnering within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include supporting management in various HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with local laws, and fostering relationships with educational institutions.

Competenze

• Prior experience in an HR business-partnering role is essential.
• Must have experience in an international manufacturing/consumer goods/industrial environment.
• Knowledge of employment legislation is fundamental.
