Position Summary

We’re looking for a Plant Controller in Rivoli (TO) Location.

The Plant Controller acts as the financial business partner of the plant management, supporting strategic decision-making through financial planning, performance monitoring, and cost analysis. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality) and interfaces with corporate finance to ensure alignment with global standards and business objectives. The Plant Controller ensures transparency and integrity of financial data, driving continuous improvement in processes and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including variance analysis vs. budget and forecast
  • Monitor plant costs, margins, and KPIs to support operational efficiency and decision-making
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process at plant level in coordination with corporate finance
  • Support investment and cost-saving initiatives through business case development and ROI analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Act as liaison between plant and corporate finance for reporting, audits, and planning cycles
