Position Summary

Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist – DAB Pumps, European commercial branches.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the employment life cycle from hiring (employment contracts, individual agreements) through exit.
  • Collect employee variations and inputs required for monthly payroll cycles.
  • Partner with local payroll providers to ensure the correctness of payroll cycles.
  • Book payroll‑related costs in ERP software.
  • Stay updated on labour laws by working with local labour consultancy firms.
  • Co‑operate with HRBPs to manage employees’ contractual terms, deadlines, holiday management and other employment‑related items.
  • Serve as the main administrative reference point between employees and the company, including welcoming and supporting new employees during induction and onboarding.
  • Analyze personnel data and produce reports.
  • Execute any other specific ad‑hoc projects as defined.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in international companies, consultancy firms, or labour agencies.
  • Very good level of English, written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of German or Dutch is considered a plus.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is considered a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Independent in organizing and managing activities.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Availability to travel for business trips.
